Hello,
I recently purchased a PC with Windows Visa Home Premium 64bit version. This computer will not connect to the internet, which is hardwired. For the first few days it was fine, but then it keeps saying limited or no connectivity. My Laptop (which is running Windows XP home) works fine, wirelessly or hard-wired. I have a Linksys WRT54G wireless router. Comcast says there's nothing wrong with the internet, but their costumer service is bad in my opinion. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

hi,
there may be a problem with the wire that you are using to connect to the internet.
try to see if the cable is correctly plugged into the modem.
