Hi my name tiggs.THe other day I stumpled upon this forum by accident. I had a problem although I could connect to internet my browsers ( Firefox and opera) were not showing. I tried many things including some info off here nothing worked except one piece of info ( check your network adapters or drives - uninstall them and then reinstall them). This advice worked to my amazement and it even appeared and turned my diagnostic service policy on so thanks thanks
