My computer won't read my SD

Hello,

I've followed the instructions on how to fix this problem I've been having but I'm not sure where to type the command * attrib -h -r -s /s /d k:\*.* . My card is H though.

My computer won't read my SD
Ps3 won't read disc - Guide

start-->run-->cmd-->ok
