Hello, Would you be able to tell me if the second code has to be in it's own box or can I put it right under the top code to increment the next generating number after printing. Thanks.

Both codes can be in the same module but one has to call the other.
So that we can clarify your situation, please upload a sample of your work book (be mindful of sensitive data) including the two codes.
You can upload a sample using a file sharing site such as DropBox or ge.tt.
