Keybuoard novt working 'pro'perly

So about five days ago, I tossed my acer laptop onto my bed and I suppose something was loosened, because after that, my keyboard started adding different characters to keys.

My dad did a complete reboot and then took apart my laptop to fix what I thought to be a loose connection, but that didn't fix the problem.
