Hello, 

My mom have a problem with her laptop(keyboard) instead of c is writing ce and many others...she has Lenovo G550 Model 2958, she tried many combinations and didn't work. Please help! Thank u

It sounds as though there is debris in the keyboard. Turn it off, and get a can of compressed air from BIGLOTS and blow it out. Or, being VERY CAREFUL, you can vacuum the keyboard very lightly while off! BE CAREFUL!
