How to download apps on my laptop

Hi, Am Aaron, My samsung mobile was connected to my Windows 7 laptop for optimise performance and downloading services but presently my mobile is bad and i just realise that i can't download any app on my laptop; like i would like to have an online dictionary or an online KJV Bible but it's not working and i don't know what to do, please kindly assist, i will be online while awaiting your response, thanks.,

Not sure to understand what do you want...
You're talking about downloading apps, mobile, PC, online dictionary..

Hello BunoCS, I use a TOUCH SMART tm2-1070 Notebook Windows7, and i don't know how to download any app on it, what do i do please, thanks.

You want to download Android apps to use them on your notebook? You can't.

Hello BunoCS, Thanks for the assistance but when i downloaded the Bluestack my system indicated that it was corrupt.
