Problem with Maplestory

Hello,
I've asked before, about how when I download the transfer rate and download to part is completly blank. You replied saying my dad had to enter a password to turn a program off. The only problem is I can't find the program blocking me from downloading things.
So please help?

which browser are you using?
it is not a software which is blocking you but it may be the browser itself.
