Password recovery problem

Hello,
i forgot my gmail password n I dot know wat mail I created for recovery, bcoz I created gmail 4 years back , now am facing lot many problms while recover my password , lot many imp accounts are there , tired to search for options , filling lot many questions at last saying information doesn't match , how can I get my password please say , am checking my mails in mobile because a logged in my mobile long back, if I logout from my mobile no chance to check my mails anywhere. please fix n help me
