Hard disc error checking

Hello,

here i have a problem with my laptop hard disc.
First i have no idea in my hdd have a some problem. My hdd was sometimes detected and sometimes wasn't. so i am removed that hdd from my laptop and checked with another cable but again same problem coming after that i checked with low level format but it wasn't worked it was strucked after i changed my HDDLLF USB cable after that also same problem coming and sometimes it wasn't detected but in my laptop the HDD detected but i cannot install OS in that.
Please understand my problem and give me a solution for this
