Acer aspire 4755g freezes in startup

the image (found on the link above) shows that when I turned on my laptop it turns out like this. it hangs there and never go to post bios.
tried pressing f2, fn+esc, ctrl+alt+dlte,etc , remove cmos battery, short the hw gaps, hard reset, remove rams (2 sticks and 1stick only) but doesnt work.

and by the way, it also automatically turns on if the power cord is plugged in even if no pressing the power button (with or without battery).

are there any options to solve this problem.?

At this point I would assume that you have a failed motherboard.

how will I know that th motherboar of my unit failed already.? are there no other options to fix this problem.?

You removed everything but the motherboard from the list of possible problems. Unless, you did a BIOS update that failed.

i was using the laptop before it restarts by itself and hangs up. I didnt update the bios at that time before it restarts.
Any solution on this?
