Hello, I'm having trouble with my service as soon as I go somewhere that has wifi. I cannot text or make a call. I'm connected to their wifi but not sure if something was changed on my phone??!! Please help, Rhonda Landwehr

We will need to know the make and model of the phone and what carrier company you are using.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5, SM-G900R6, android 5.0, carrier is Pioneer
