hi,
if he is able to run the computer normally, without any problem, he needs not to get the power supply replaced.
btu if the computer is switching itself off while watching videos or playing games, then he will need a more powerfull one.

Nope i don't think it will be enough to run the system with this power supply... tell him to change...
