Hello,
in details i have found that error occurred while troubleshooting.
Package ID: NetworkDiagnosticWeb
Error code: 0x80070002
Context: Restricted
what am i suppose to do please help me.
windows 7 is my os.
ipconfig command doesn't work too.

go to START and Run and type in the following commands:
cmd (enter)

c:\netsh winsock reset (enter)

remember restart your computer

I have already did those things. but in cmd netsh winsock reset is also not working. it displays that netsh is not internal or external command. even i tried ipconfig and msconfig and ping also but same issues. not working. can this error my due to virus?

Yes it could be due to a virus, I suggest you repost in the security forum
