Tenda router asking "Additional login information"

I can connect with my internet connection using the direct line(wire) but when I try to connect the line(wire) through the router I can no longer connect with my internet, it just ask for "additional login information".

the wifi icon on the task bar doesn't show any error, like an exclamation or an ex. Just "no internet connection"

I suggest you use the reset button to restore the router to its factory state. Then logon to the router using a wired connection and set the SSID and password.
