Not Boooting

I have Dell Inspiron N4010 laptop. Today evening I compressed my C drive. Now I switched on the system it's showing
BOOTMGR is compressed
Press ctrl+Alt+Del to restart
While I am doing that it again showing same thing. Please help me.

As you found you should never compress the C drive.

I got a Windows 7 CD. While I am inserting the disc I didn't get any option for repair. Normally F8 should appear but in my system it is only showing F2 & F12. Please help me how I can get that option
