GTA IV not working on my computer!

Hello,
I am Thomas from India actually wanted to ask about the GTA iv game which running really too slow in my pc.
My PC has a very low system. It is actually running on windows 7, 1.8 ghz processor(single core),2.5gb ram, 1024mb graphic card(NVIDIA).
Please if possible, tell me the solution?

Ur Pc Specs Are Very Low

There Are Two Ways You Can Do First
In Task Delete Some Extra Processes ie. Explorer Service , background service that will clear ur memory usage !!and help u to run game little bit without lag

There Is A Software Called Razer Game Booster It Enhances The Game FPS By Minimizing Services and Windows Function
