I cannot install nero7 in xp..

Hello,
I have a problem with nero installation.. Whenever i install nero it's interuppted by a error message showing internal error.. It shows that error occured in dll and it shows some information like crash thread...Whether i should install any directrix or something like tat to install nero7.. I'm not satistied with my installation.. so i request u to please guide me with this problem.. Please try to give me a solution as soon as possible.. .

hi,
it may be because, if you are installing from a CD, the CD may be scratched or dirty.
if so, clean it.
or it may be that some files are damaged.
