Give a text cell a percentage value

hello everyone;
i am doing an evaluation report (checklist) and the output will be used as values for evaluate the service itself, soi created a selection list using data validation in excel 2013 and each selection should have a percentage value, i dont know how i should like the percentage value with the data validation!

i wish someone can help
