Spell checker suggestions ? Let me use your Brain...

Hello,
Is there a decent spell checker that checks spelling and that offers suggestions, I am going to new Browser now as my Internet Explorer 9 does not cut it anymore. I tried Firefox but too much clutter and it is a memory Hog and a some time spell checker that just gives me a red underlined typo every 3 rd mistake. Is there a Browser that allows me to write into Blogs and is a real good spell checker Like Iespell and like the one in Thunderbird is. Any suggestions (No "Boss" malware) Not one the fly either.
