Hello,my name is vishuu paikra actualy i forgot my fb passward i forgot security question,all things so i cant reset fb passwd and i also forgot gmail passwd but i knw the no that listed on my account but i cnt use it right nw, help me plzz i want back to my account i thing someone hake my account and msging all

You seem to have forgotten all the essential information needed to recover your account and the information to receive a reset code.

I am afraid that both accounts have been lost.

Sorry but that is the way the cookie crumbles.

P.S. I don't think that your account was hacked, anyway you must be able to prove it.
