Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.

Actual problem is some time when i move my laptop displayed flickers. after that it display froze. doesn't respond to cursor or keys. Need to do Hard restart. after Restart displaying is not coming up.
