Printer brightness is very less

Hi Sir ,

Am using Canon imageCLASS MF5650 in that printer cartage is new one but when i give print of scan it'll come less color only i dont know its hardware problem or printer problem ... kindly do the need full

You can use the printer's utility to clean the heads. Several attempts may be needed.
