Cant recover my account

im trying to recover my account, it's been long time i didn't log in.., since 2009 i'm requesting a recovery password to my secondary mail, i already entered the the hidden mail and it's right.., but i didnt get any mail from you, i can't access my mail and i need to log in, wht should i do exactly ? the mail's ***@*** and the second mail in it is ***@***..
