There are plenty of free 3d modeling software out there. Daz, Unity just to name two. As for 3d movie, make a scene out of Unity and record it.

3d sounds? Do you want DOLBY processing or something? Most audio mixing software has a feature for spacious listening preferences. I use Mixcraft!
