Half of my music will not play any more

Half of my music will not play any more-- I get a message that says [The license cannot be downloaded because your Web browser is not supported.
To download a license, you must install Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or later.

To install the latest version of Internet Explorer, see the Windows Update page.


I do and nothing helps...what do I do???

Where are your audio files situated in your computer?
Are those recent downloads?
What is the file format of the audio files that won't play?
What software are you using to listen?
