just do a system restore from the previous date when it was working well
hello,
my laptops dvd rw drive is not working since two days.two days back i inserted a cd (samsung PC studio) after that I am not able to play any dvd's.some sound is coming from the place where we insert cd and it gets ejected by itself and shows a note that insert a disc to E drive.I tried playing audio cd.its working.will u able to help me.I don't knw much anything abt computer.Thanks

Try a cd which you know is not damaged, if you still have the problem, the lens must be cleaned with a CD lens cleaner and if the problem persists, your hardware is physically damaged and must be repaired or replaced.
