Hello, i got my mail address locked, cause i'm living in another country, but i don't remember the details for the questionnaire to get back my e mail , since i don't use my e mail much, and is totally impossible to answer these question if you don't use your e mail often.
Plus it's an old account and it has my old phone number registered on it, which makes it impossible to get a code on my phon to unlock my hotmail/outlook account.
it's a very important matter , cause i got a flying ticket on my mail and i should print it otherwise i will waste 500 euro..
If someone can help i would be glad , thanks

If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.
Sorry but your account no longer exist.
I suggest you create a new one.
P.S. To make sure, ask someone you know to send you an e-mail, if the mail bouncese, you can be certain your account is no longer in service.

I don't work for Microsoft! What I shared with you is what I know.
However, I am sure that Outlook.com, Gmail and Yahoo make sure that you can't reach anybody that works for them because they would get thousands mails and call everyday which they can't handle for lack of personnel. Microsoft just laid off 7,400 person.
You seemed to have tried everything to recover your account including trying to log in on the Outlook.com country site where you created the account and with the same device.
You can always ask a question on the outlook.com forum and hope for the best.
