You have to clean the head printer, fallow the next steps:
1. go to print and devices in you computer
2. rigth click on you printer
3. then go to printer tools
4. clean head
5. select color ink
6. start the process

This happens because black color is selected as the Color setting in the printer driver. You need to change this settings to color. Make sure tat settings which you have been done in an application should be appropriate for color printing. I hope this might help you.
