Not sure if it worked

Hello,
I everything worked and now when I type my password to sign to a desktop it gives me the message "Preparing you system, This might take a few minutes. the system may restart automatically." and it keeps doing it. how many times is it suppose to do it? did it work?

More information is needed.

Is this a Windows 10 upgrade or a Mac update?
