My advice is to check the computer's working temperature. If it rises too much, this may cause problems like unexpected restarts or shut downs. It is highly possible that the issue comes from the UPS. Is there any way to confirm it's condition. It is important to do so, because any malfunctioning may cause problems to some hardware components.
