Some of my captured photos and songs are glitched

So lately some of the photos I capture with my Nokia c7 get glitchy
like the picture would become half white

Also some of the songs tend to skip few seconds which is very irritating.

What do you think is going on? Can I fix that?

I think you have intermittent hardware problems that only a new phone will fix.

If it were OK, as you stated, then you should not be having these issues. Did your phone get wet? Dropped? Really HOt?
