Hello, I am Juan and I have a problem with my laptop dell inspiron 1521; I have problem to start the computer; I need to unlock the setup; and also when I try to boot from cdROM it appears the message that is missing the bootmgr

"unlock the setup"? Is this a password problem?

Is the CD known to be bootable? The error message suggests not.
