HP Envy 15 won't start

Hello,

My HP Envy 15 j100 PC series laptop won't boot up. The computer starts, the fans are on, there's an orange light by the WiFi (f12) and the caps lock LED light blinks 2 times every 4 seconds. I tried restoring the BIOS using the same steps as well as performing a hard reset but it didn't work. Please help!!

Go take back for warranty. I saw the same thing the other day, and it was the MB. You do have a warranty don't you?
