Hello,
I have the Sony Vaio laptop VGN-CR31S Model using Vista. I used to have another Vaio where I had options on how I wanted to record. That was via microphone, cable or aux. On this new laptop I only have the microphone device in the recording software.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the other devices included in my recording options.

in the vista mixer try ticking Show hidden & disabled devices
