Unable to open Facebook page on my pc

My FB page will only show top 3 lines- will not load- have tried everything I know
but realize I do not know a lot. It shows as "no networks". Others can go on my page with my inf but I cannot reach FB AT ALL. friend tried to start me a new page. My computer is doing everything else fine - no problems- but cannot reach FB.I know it has to be something I did but I do not know what to do HELP

Did you able to open other web pages like twitter, google+ like that?

In Elevated command prompt type ping facebook.com and press enter and post back what you get.

To enter into command prompt: 

 start--> search box--> type cmd.exe
 in the list that appear as cmd.exe right click on it-->run as administrator
 if prompted for administrative password type it and press Yes/Enter
 you got a black window with C:\windows\system32>
