Hello,
I have HP pavilion dv6810en with Windows Vista. When I use internet every time after some time it stops working and only thing that I can do is to switch off with power button...
What I can do without buying new computer? :)

You didn't give me clear details let me get this right while surf internet using internet explorer your computer freeze there fore forcing you to shut off using the power button.

well if that is the problem you need to download firefox before it freezes and then uninstall internet explorer and then download the new Explorer 8 using firefox and then install it and that should fix tat issue
