Hello Akash Patel,
Can you please, tell me what type of format does your pendrive have? Is it NTFS or FAT32?
I also would like to know which USB port are you connecting it to - USB 2.0 or USB 3.0?
You may also have in mind that the transfer speed of information depends on the type of file that you try to copy/paste and the status of the operating system. You can update the USB Root Hub controller by entering the Device manager and check for newer versions of your device.
