Computer won't work after resetting (BSOD)

Hello,

I tried resetting my computer a few months ago and now it wont work at all. When I turn it on it goes to a blue screen and it says to choose an option, it gives me continue which when I click it it brings me right back to the same screen, it gives me use a device, troubleshoot which when I click on it it tells me it can not figure out what is wrong and turn off your pc.. Nothing will work, my son loves this computer so I need help fixing it. Please
