Task manager has been disabled by the adminis

Hello,
my laptop is affected by the virus "Task manager has been disabled by the adminis"..I scanned my laptop by an updated Antivir but it could not find the trojan..I used all the regidit tricks but do not work any more, even for a second..by the way, when I use "Gpedit.msc" in "run", it says that "Windows can not find Gpedit.msc ...". These made me all confused..appreciate if you can help me to get rid of that..
