I am trying to install my new hp 5740 printer on my desktop computer but i get a message that installation cannot be completed because is am missing missing files called serscan. How do I get these files back?

Thanks for sending me good luck. I found the file I was looking for after doing a files search. After finding, I wrote down its location, then went back to installing the printer. When it got to the point where it couldn't find the serscan file, I typed in its location and the installation finished. Everything is working fine. Thanks.
