Playing with partitions without having an alternative means of booting is high-risk stuff. You now need to ask a friend to burn a Windows Repair CD for you. From the Command Prompt in that mode you can run diskpart.exe to set your active partition.
An easier alternative is to remove the disk, put it into a 2.5" USB case, then connect the case to some other PC and set the active partition.
