Help computer not working

Hello,

Every time I reboot my pc the desktop is all black no icons or task bar only a mouse and the screen has text that says this app cannot run on your pc I have tried everything please help

Assuming it's a Windows computer. I suggest you use the Windows optical disk to do a start-up repair. If you do not have the install disk then it's possible to download an burn a recovery CD on another computer.
