Hi computertech,
I also need to ask you another thing...
Iam using a Toshiba satellite Laptop..
Last month my laptop had this same problem
i only saw a black screen..
At first i used these keys(ctrl+alt+delete),and the screen flashed once, and the Toshiba homescreen appeared..
but later it took so long even if i used these key combinations..
3 weeks ago I gave it to service centre and had it repaired...
Till yesterday there was no problem,it worked well...
but yesterday morning the same problem appeared again..
I saw a black screen again..
I used the same key combinations, but there was still the black screen...
I turned off the laptop and tried to switch on this morning...
there was no black screen and the laptop worked properly..
Do you know what is the reason for this black screen...??

May be the monitor or graphic is creating problem. Did you try external monitor for your laptop?
Regarding your first issue also you need to check out with external monitor.

Yeah i tried it
Display is working good in external monitor...
Is there any problem with my laptop..
Even after the repair made by service centre, the problem still persists....
The first issue is with my PC's CPU
