S6 headphones, one side quiet

So basically i have these samsung galaxy s6 headphones that i used for quite a while. i didnt use them for a day and the day after one side was very quiet and one side sounds normal. the side with the mic is broken but the mic works just fine.

Take it apart, see if there are any parts or wires loose and solidify them.

Good luck but I would see a technician or better yet, buy a new pair.
