Hello,
I have got a problem. I accidentally deleted the audio driver. Now I have an "x" over the speaker icon and can not play anything with sound. PLEASE, help me. Thank you.
Look forward to hear from you!

1. Go to your device manager and delete the audio card
2. Restart your computer, it will be detected as new hardware.
3. Reinstall the driver if necessary

You are most welcome.
Very rarely there are issues with audio card. Make sure it's well seated before consulting the technician.
