Keybord keys are not working help

Hello,
the keyboard keys of gateway laptop are not working the keys are "fn" keys and "a","c","shift" keys are not working

Did you test using an external USB keyboard?

If the external keyboard works OK then you need to replace the broken internal keyboard.
