Users is having issue with keyboard

Hello,

We had purchase some keyboards from HP last week and all connected to the users. most of the users is having issue with keyboard. sometimes if they are working on any tool the key will not work properly at the same time which is working fine in the other sides. its not an issue with the tool.. pls get the solution soon.thanks\
