Hello,

My Gateway monitor comes on just fine. Then after just a few seconds, the screen goes black. The power light stays on. I tried another monitor I had...it worked fine. What happened to my Gateway monitor?

Probably a hardware fault in the monitor power supply. It will probably cost more to repair the monitor than to buy a new one.
