EM player

hi all and thanks in advance.
I've just bought a " what I assume is a EM player " with no manual nor instruction associated with it. It has on the rear keyboard,monitor, lan/eternet, usb port and power connectors .just like a computer and in front of the device , it had a cf/sd card 2 usb ports a mic ,earphone plugins one power on and one hard drive led indicator. I don't know anything about it , no manufacturer label except for the number BTM010042 label on the bottom. So finally here comes my questions : How do i found out more about it and how do i determine the best software to download ?
